Hey, kids! It’s Eric R Lowther aka biguglyhairyscary. Now, most of you know me as a genre movie reviewer right here on The Witch’s Hat podcasts and blog. But what some of you may not know is I also dabble in penning genre fiction as well. Along with the dozens of short stories and novellas you can find on my happy little blog at www.ericrlowther.blogspot.com I’ve also completed my first novel, “Area 187; Almost Hell”. It’s a tender coming-of-age story about a young boy that has to make a coast-to-coast trek aided by a talking chimp with only one testicle and a rabid, turrets-afflicted squirrel…
Ok, who am I kidding? “Area 187; Almost Hell” is just chocked full of zombie goodness, multi-threaded government conspiracies, survival horror and at least one Canadian, with plenty of violence, swearing, gore and hordes of the walking dead to keep you entertained.

Wait a second… you didn’t think I was gonna make this shit that easy, did ya’? Really? You did? Hmph. It seems we just don’t know each other as well as we thought we did. I guess since most of you listen to the cast whilst sitting naked and eating Cheetos, I’d thought we’d developed a level of understanding.
So anyway, here’s the contest. Send us your best “Hey kids!” impression of me. You can go as simple or as elaborate as you want. You can just toss out the words or maybe even do a whole intro to a review for a real or imagined movie. For the more adventurous of you, why not try your hand at one of my “Fun Facts”. Either will be accepted as your entry into the contest and our own Keely will be considered the ultimate and final judge.
