Twisted Central Productions and Aegis Studios have teamed up to produce “X Marks the Spot”, a short horror film based on social media.

Tammy Dupal of Twisted Central Productions wrote the script and had Travis Legge owner of Aegis Studios and writer/director of 2011’s “Raymond Did It”, an Independent slasher flick filmed in Rockford, Ill direct it. “X Marks the Spot” is their first and hopefully not their last collaboration together.

“X Marks the Spot” stars Melissa Revels, Aley Krienz, Ty Yaeger and Michael DiIacova. Written/produced by Tammy Dupal, directed/edited by Travis Legge, Assistant Editor Deanne Baker, Associate Producer Rick Roland and boom operator/grips Sara Garcia and Sean Tyler.

“When Tammy approached me initially to direct this I couldn’t have been more excited,” says Travis Legge, “And now I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.”

“X Marks the Spot” is the story of a girl who uses a social media outlet that tracks friends and leads to a disastrous outcome.
