A kid from Texas (Carter) is taking credit for killing a or The Chupacabra, the same infamous beast that’s humored to have slaughtering goats in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Texas. After watching this video, the monster Carter shot is more likely a hairless dog or fox instead of the fictitious El Chupacabra.
The Witch’s Hat would like to give Carter P. from Texas a big “AT A BOY” for making a snap judgement, shooting and killing something he didn’t recognize.
