I bet Jose Rubi of Horatio, Arkansas wasn’t expecting the owner of the mobile home he broke into used a 28″ machete as a home defense weapon. I guess Jose didn’t think it all the way through while he was dragging the owner’s female roommate toward the door handcuffed. Reality probably sunk in the same time the blade of the machete sunk into his body.

I suppose Jose’s experance with a machete was deserved based on what he did, yet the guy in Washington, not so much…
A man’s drunk roommate attacked him with a machete after an argument. Police heard conflicting stories as both roomies claimed self defense. One key element wasn’t disputed by either man, one of the roommate defended himself with a machete and the other his fist.
