A California woman was arrested after she tied her female roommate to a chain, doused her in gasoline, and caught her a blaze. The woman sat and watched as the female victim sat helplessly on fire, bound to the chair in the garage of their home. When the police arrived, the perpetrator was washing away evidence from the driveway with a hose. The victim survived, suffering 2nd and 3rd degree burns on over half of her body.
On a side note, the children of the woman who stated the victim on fire, were inside of the house during the incident.
