The 2011 Motor City Nightmares horror convention has come to a close. I’ve attended the all three of the Motor City Nightmares; the first and second as a spectator and this last weekends as a guest (a guest that paid for his own booth).
I did indeed attend all three days so I could soak up all of that horror convention goodness… I saw a few “celebrities”, and talked to them about their current projects, future endeavorer, the weather, or some other bullshit topic. Some of the “celebrities” I spoke with were; Mr. Stephen Geoffreys (aka Evil Ed Thomson), Kane Hodder (aka Jason Voorhees), and A. Michael Baldwin (aka Mike from Phantasm). Most of them were very cool and one was a dick, but what can you do?
More importantly I was able to spend time with some of my fellow podcaster such as Grey from The Dark Hours Podcast, Horrorcore Bart from the Horrorcore Podcast, Metal Mikey from Action Attraction and Mr. Spooky Bill from PotLD… It was a honor and a privlage to hang out with some of the coolest guys who share my hobby.
